My heart felt so disturbed since Monday night, after a 2 hours chat with a friend. Betrayed. Disappointed. Heartbroken. There were so many feelings at a same time. I can hardly expressed. Someone whom I trusted so much, convinced me that he’s trustworthy, just broke all promises. Things were not the same after that night. We’ve never spoken anything but work-related. We’ve never call each other unless it’s necessary, also work-related. He’s trying hard to gain my eye contact but I just could not put myself into it and respond.

Silent conversation. That is what we’re having.

Could this be the main reason that is keeping me awake now?

She now also answer ‘yes’ or ‘no’. She will nod her head, which leads to her whole body to move as well, when she says ‘yes’ and she will shakes her head left right and mover her hands to indicate ‘no’.

She gives cute actions too. She identifies things very fast but still yet to be able to say them. 

She can walk and run now. However, we always restrain her let her walk in public as she will go wild and after 30mins, she gets tired and we will have to carry her.

Almost forgot the existence of this little blog of mine.

Anyway, last weekend was really a small break that I need from work (though continous phone calls from office/clients/supplier/distributors). Thank God for the remote area, limited coverage

The AR & ER cmdrs took a total of 38 rangers to The Woods for a 3D 2N campout. I only managed to take Friday off, that was also a replacement leave for the previous Monday.

I think I’ve over worked… =(

Lesson learned: NEVER check company’s email at night at home.

I find myself indirectly working every night at home by checking my co’s email and more often than not, it causes me to have nightmares about work, especially if the email comes from my bosses or customer’s dissatisfaction about certain things. It affects me to certain extend. Workload is really coming in for me. Therefore, from now onwards, I WILL NOT CHECK ANY EMAILS PERTAINING WORK after working hours.

I hope I have not become a workaholic =)

Also, I would like to say this once more. Taking people’s picture without recognising, acknowledgment or consent is in a way, a crime. I found someone used my picture for his/her blog’s header, without acknowledging the source and worst of all, erased my photomark! I was rather sad and disappointed.

“Sheila, are you ready to take someone under your care?”

I really didn’t know what to answer. After talking to her about an hour, I left her room with a ‘yes’ answer.

It was really an honour for me that the GM gave me good appraisal publicly and good opportunity for me to prove my capability; what I have to contribute to the company and also to grow. On the other hand, I am nervous to take up this new position/responsibility as I am very new in the workbook territory.

From tomorrow onwards, I will be “conquering” 3 more UK accounts in which they are the top 5 in the sales chart. On top of that, I have 5 existing customers and I seriously can’t imagine myself handling 8 UK accounts. But I really thank God that His Favour is upon me. My boss favours me now (you’ll get what I mean if you know my history in this co.) She’s putting someone under my care for me to train and to help me with all my paperwork =) and at the same time, to see my leadership skills.

I really didn’t see all these coming but I believe it is the beginning of God’s Blessing & Favour upon me in the workforce. He kept His Word, as spoken to me during watch night 2008. Nervous yet excited to see more of His Greatness.

“No doubt about it. No apologies for it either. Many can’t pass by a mirror without catching a glimpse of themselves. While most women go to great lenghts to conceal their obsession with vanity, there are some who can’t be bothered to hide it.”

It is true how one women, in my case young lady would go to great length to conceal their vanity. I was at Watson last night, only to get a nail buffer but I ended up not only a nail buffer but also a pimple & blackheard remover and a 5x Magnification Mirror! This 3 items cost me more than RM30. When I got home, I immediately fixed my magnification mirror and additional to that, I glue another piece of mirror to it. That means, I have 2 mirrors side by side. I can’t wait to use what I bought & endoured the pain…

And yes, women are inherently VAIN! =)
